I became rather hefty right out of graduating high school and only kept on getting fatter. After I became married with kids I found myself morbidly obese and unable to do much with my kids. I tried so many programs and diets and never did lose much but gained back more pounds every time. I had already quit internally at the time that I discovered this system. Something about this helped me come to feel more optimism than I had ever felt.
